The Story From the Chair to the Boardroom

When I was in cosmetology school, I learned how to color, cut, and style hair; I mastered technique. What I did not learn was pricing, profit strategy, tax compliance, or financial management. Like many beauty professionals, I entered the industry with talent but without a financial framework. I figured it out through trial, error, and costly lessons. Years later, after becoming a tax attorney working with business owners, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: beauty professionals rarely struggle because of skill. They struggle because no one ever taught them how to structure, price, manage, and protect their income. That gap is what led me to create Pretty Profits and the Beauty to Bank curriculum to ensure beauty students graduate not only technically prepared, but financially capable and positioned for long-term stability.

I am filling the gaps between beauty and business to help beauty professionals build and protect their wealth. I founded Pretty Profits to provide financial education, tax strategies, and investment guidance for hairstylists, estheticians, nail techs, and other beauty entrepreneurs. With my background in international tax strategy, I realized that while big corporations have experts managing finances, beauty pros often lack the tools to maximize their income and build wealth. Through Pretty Profits, I teach professionals how to structure businesses, manage cash flow, minimize taxes, and invest wisely to create lasting financial success.
